I'm already in PB Lotto Fever. I just sent a private message to MADDOG10 my fantasy picks for Wednesday 10/19 because I missed the PB draw that Saturday 10/15, but no one won. Jackpot has rolled over to 340 million for Wednesday 10/19.

Hey JAG the UP isn't that bad. haha It gets cold and lots of snow from Lake Superior in the winter but its a nice place. By the way someone just bought a $300,000 winning $5 instant ticket at the store I usually buy my tickets. ARG....we are a small part of Michigan its nice to see that big prizes find their way up here too. No everyone is buying tickets from that store. Brad

Lotto fever has pushed the estimated jackpot to the $300 million mark. This will probably create even more lotto fever. This is insane, from now on I'm waiting until $125 million to purchase two tickets per drawing instead of just $100 million (3 ticket purchase point stays at $250 million).

I live in a small town here in Oregon which has four businesses with the lottery terminals for about 2000 people. So lotto fever does not get that big here like in other places you may have to wait 5 or 10 minutes to get a powerball ticket.

Well I will be making the treck to the WI border on Saturday. Two hours away but it will be a fun trip. Especially if it turns out to be worth $300 million. haha. News stations are getting a hold of it now also. It seems to be on all the stations.Brad

Wow! That's insane. Lucky for me there was not a line yesterday when I got my three. Of course, in Clinton, IA, there's at least eighteen places to get lottery tickets. Of course, I wouldn't be shocked if it happened in Clinton, since it has two bridges out of town across the Mississippi into Illinois (which is not a Powerball state), so my town will probably get a lot of border jumpers.

I live in a Connecticut border town, and haven't been able to approach my local gas/convenience store the last week because the line at the terminal is always five people deep. I've never seen more than two people on a busy day before! Even up the road a bit it doesn't get better...some lady bought $80 in Powerball tickets in front of me last night, one play per ticket! I've got to get out of town if the jackpot continues into next week.Any similar stories of lotto mania
