RJ..I took this poll... was it meant to replace LoP? If it was, they have another thing coming... IMHO, it seems MUCH TOO HARD to understand and even harder to win.

Since each ticket has 25 or the 100 possible numbers that is likely to happen quite often giving those who play the game the feeling that a big win is just a few plays away. Ohio is taking a poll for a new game that's even more vague than Lot'O Play based on Monopoly. I suspect their next game will be even worst for the players who prefer to use a strategy for picking their numbers.

Another note... tonight's payout is the lowest payout for a Saturday... only a few thousand higher than the dismal Thanksgiving eve.Come On Ohio!!! You KNOW you can do better than this

CASH...The first time I played LoP, I hit 4 numbers on 3 separate tickets (the SAME numbers... shows you the power of the RNG), but won a total of $4. This is a fact I'm sure LOTS of people are getting mad about, and I am convinced this is the reason why people are not playing and why payouts are so low. At least LoP has a cash option (PA Unlucky for Life doesn't.) However the cash value of the LoP annuity is exactly 50%, unlike Mega Millions which is also 26 equal installments and is a higher floating percentage.

One more thing to add:You only get to choose the top line. 5 numbers for $2.The four lines that follow are RNG . Which is a computerized selection. Boycott the Lot 'O Play for Ohio. Make them change to a new game

I feel if the Ohio Lottery Commission wants to keep this particular game they will either have to reduce the cost of each play to $1 or increase the payouts for lower tier prizes. Based on the payout results so far, who's winning anything significant?They do not show how many $1,000 winners there were after each drawing.They only show a total amount of money won from that draw. Todd says-- Also, even more info is available about each and every game. Go to the results page for any state, then click on a game and select Game Information . Todd, you made a mistake on 'Lot o play' information. The game is 5/100 not 5/9900 counts as part of it so there are 100 possible numbers to pick from not 99.

Anyone wondering about any drawing in the USA should click on the State Lottery Report Card in the Results menu. All the data is right there on drawings.Also, even more info is available about each and every game. Go to the results page for any state, then click on a game and select Game Information .Sometimes people don't realize all the info available to them right here on LP. Cash Only says I have a feeling that this game won't be around this time next year. Marrying bingo with lotto seemed like a good idea, and I'd like to see an all-cash version pop up elsewhere. Hmmm...Cash the way I see that game is that it is just a 5 of 100 game where you get to pick one set of numbers and you get 4 easy picks and 7 partial picks for your buck. Or you could think of it as a 5 of 100 game with 12 easy picks.

The payouts for LoP continue to decrease. Players won less than $250,000 in the Wednesday, 11/16 drawing.

I agree. There isn't any fun in the game when you are forced to do something that you may not want to do. If they get rid of it, I hope they replace it with a good MI-OH joint venture. Lot'O Play will never be attractive to those players who like large jackpots and system players who like to pick all their own numbers and Ohio had to know that from the getgo. Over all LOP may be making more money for the state than SLP did, if not it will be replaced within a year.

I know they are televised. On Wednesdays, it's at 7:29pm. Saturdays, it's during Cash Explosion - around 7:45pm. Still waiting on word from the OLC on what machine they are using for it. Doesn't seem like a Saturn (or a Criterion, which is what they were using for SLP) would hold 100 balls. The payout for the fifth Saturday LoP was a record low for a Saturday and a significant drop from Week 4. The $300+ million Mega jackpot must be hurting LoP.
