			<description><![CDATA[<p>Did anyone see the 000 come up last nite in South Carolina? They had 1666 winners. On the 12th Indiana had 000 come up and had 222 winners. Is that a big disparity or what. Only a differnce of about 1400 some winners. Oh, Indiana has 2 million more ppl than South Carolina. Does anyone besides me find this out of the ordinary? Low payouts seem to be the norm in Indiana.
