My understanding is that it is fine to send them through the carriers you mentioned, UPS, Fed Ex, etc.It's against US Postal Service regulations to send them through the mail.

One of the biggest PowerBall jackpots went to a group of workers from Columbus, Ohio who bought their tickets in Indiana before this State had its own multi-state game. They are probably one of the reason Ohio now has MegaMillions. MegaMillions stopped travel to adjacent states to play PowerBall and the BigGame, but I don't think it's going to work when the jackpot is $300M+.

Hey thanks for the reply. My name is a nickname I got in High School. I had a Southern Accent and people thought it was really wierd because they never heard a Asian with one. Hi, Im from Michigan. Me and 7 others decided to pitch in 5 dollars each for the Awesome $340,000,000 lottery Powerball. They even gave me 20 bucks in gas money. I crossed the border to Indiana(about a 1 hour drive). I hope this isn't illegal? I can buy powerball tickets in Indiana even though i live in Michigan right? I found this out on the NEWS. I had the most Fuel Efficient car, so i volunteered to drive. Anyways.. good luck to All powerball players.
