PB site has conflicting info

It was so strange that this glitch happen in PB. There were total number of winners for PB. However, when CA and/or TX has their MM, the number of winners is determined by their state. If another state wins the jackpot, then it would say Out of State Winner. On the Oregon website PB drawing on 10/19, did they post the total number of winners of their state only

For some weird reason, all of the total winners pages for any drawings list 0 jackpot winners even for draws where there was at least one jackpot winner.

One winners summary page it lists no winners yet there is one winner listed in Oregon in the breakdown on the states. What is going on?Brad
