It would seem the lottery commission has tight reigns on the government. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>As far as I can see Indiana had the 2nd largest amount of payouts on last nites powerball; however, their daily games continue to payout humbly. From what I see they appear to be the smallest payouts of the States. How can you have large amounts of powerball winners, yet the daily game payouts are so minute? Is it me or can anyone else see this</p>]]></description>
