HA Ha ha,He/She/Its lying thru his/her/its teeth if he/she/it really exists. From what I'v read on this site so far, this winner spoke to a RADIO station. NO pics, just a voice on the phone. It sounds to me like he/she/it went LOOKING for a RADIO station probably via TELEPHONE to satisfy his/her/its fantasy urge.However, if it's true then I think it shows poor judgement and an overt tendency to act impulsively. He is seeking professional advice on his windfall before he goes to claim it at the lottery office. I think you have to make appointments to see people like that it takes time. I think that the West's are the record powerball winners.
