Ever been on Indian Territory? Ever been to the great Cherokee Nation Tribal Office? You should go there, the American taxpayer paid for it - and continues to pay for it.It has some really great artifacts. Rows and rows of booze, cases upon cases of cigarettes. Strangely enough, you will never find a college on an Indian Reservation; you would do good to find a High School. You will Indian Beads for sale, except they all say, made in China.

I have a feeling that this recent jackpot run for powerball will be a staple, but i don't think theyll change the matrix for a while. remember that they are going to have to give away the money sooner or later. mega millions has not had a jackpot hit at less than $100 million since the matrix change, so i think that it is working.

A matrix of 5/57 + 1/42 would produce 175,858,452 combinations. That's only 146,916 more combinations than Mega Millions. If that matrix became a reality, they'd need to increase their second place prize to $300,000, and possibly increase their fourth, fifth, and sixth place prizes.

This statement >> Some states that do carry the casino legislature also carry the lottery. << is TRUE, But the lottery was already there (first), so why not add another way to get your money! PA is already in the Pb scheme, and will soon implement casino gaming.<< Again already in the business of getting your money, so why not add another one! This statement is wishful thinking, nothing more>>> So I can see Nevada joining the ranks.

I think that powerball will change their matrix before mega millions does but it won't be till 2010. Mega millions is more selective in who they let into mega millions and powerball has a more the more the merrier attitude to letting states join. Besides powerball could adjust the white balls two more balls and I think the odds would be less than what mega millions odds are right now.

So I can see Nevada joining the ranks. I also think when newer states join, that the matrix will be modified to meet their state legislature laws. Probably in the next four years.

Mega Millions will never get hit regularly as long as they have the moratorium on new states. However, if Alaska, Hawaii, Alabama, Mississippi, Utah, Nevada, Arkansas, and Wyoming ever get lotteries, they'd probably let a few more states in! I'm guessing 2009 for Powerball.
