Thanks hypersoniq.... interesting link. I'll study it a while. My Excel is '97, but it might to those things... I've never understood a lot of the features, filters being one of them.I'm obliged and will study the info on the link.Jack

Question:Is there a piece of user friendly software on the market capable of taking a large group, say 200, single and double-digit numbers from a spreadsheet or text file and compiling them, producing frequency of occurrence? Or grouping repetitions of the same numbers to allow easy physical counting of how many times they occurred?Is there any spreadsheet available that allows searches for groups of numbers, located in rows, or multiple rows, as opposed to single number searches?Would it be m...
