The woman almost missed out on her big win because of a clerk error but in turn this error is what actually provided her with the winning numbers. I always buy a $3 quick pick but the clerk only printed a $2 ticket. I said that was fine but the clerk insisted I take an additional $1 quick pick. The $1 quick pick turned out to be the winning ticket. That was the best decision I've ever made, the winner told lottery officials. Said the $13.5 million dollar powerball winner. oh ok. I could consider those Cash Value Option tickets as mistakes. But like I said, I took them anyway because that could be the big one or at least a winner. But I'd moan and complain to the lottery officials if they wouldn't give me my annual payments.

Keeping the title short helps. All those words the writer didn't use up in the title are fair game for text inside the book.Large print helps. Lots of diagrams and pictures of QP tickets and balls with numbers on them.Convenience store ettiquite might make for a chapter.Anecdotes about all the fine people the author met standing in line to buy quick picks, all the garbage cans he's dug in for mistakes and what other stuff he found while he was digging might make a chapter.A guy could digress a... How can anyone write an entire book on quickpicks? It would be one page long and say.... Buy quick picksThen it would sell for twenty bucks and the author would take the money from the sales and buy some system

Since the jackpot is only 31 million I don't think I will have enough to share. According to the jackpot analisis on the usamega web site I would only end up with 10 million after taxes and taking the cash option.

Dollar for dollar, I have probably won more on the mistake numbers in the pick-3. My agent keeps and plays mistake pick-3 tickets and wins just as often as the rest of us.Usually I keep mistake tickets.

I went to a c-store today and asked the clerk for five cash five tickets with power-up. She gave me five powerball tickets with powerplay.I was outside before I glanced at my ticket and noticed the mistake, and went back in to see if she could swap me for cash five tickets because I already had powerball tickets for tonights drawing.I got inside and a little voice in my head said KEEP THESE NUMBERS. I never thought about buying left over tickets. Tomorrow, I'll stop off at a couple of my favorite stores, and see if they have some mistakes and buy them. I'm getting desperate. Pretty soon I'll be scratching the ground with chicken feet and sticking pins in dolls.

Mistake tickets include those in NY and Texas for annual payments. I've seen NY online tickets with foreign symbols, like playing cards.

On the same token kinda like those experts who write lottery books about 'how to exploit the lottery and win.' Even though most of them have not won, they are able to teach others, so they claim, how to win. But sometimes many are just not good at following their own advice.

Well for me personally, I use my own QP computer generators, and ball machine. Although I do occasionally through in a few terminal QPs here and there with them. So it don't really matter to me, as I already have MY numbers in the pool anyway. But I have match most of my 4 out of 6 numbers via terminal QPs however. Regardless, any set of numbers has just as good as chance as any others. Regardless of how well you study stats, or analyze them.I don't doubt that they want to market QPs as much as... [ More ]

I remember my birthday when i was turning 45 i made up my number to be 545 so it woud represent my age but i also buy qps on my b day and they gave me 545 three times on a combo and i had allready played it myself 3 times on a combo,i was so mad but the number hit that night and what a birthday surprise folks it hit yes,it did 3 times on the qp and 3 times on my number so don't underestimate a qp,i don't anymore,goodluck folks

I'm guilty, anytime I see a ticket lying near the lottery terminal I ask about the ticket. The clerk will tell you why the ticket is lying there and I usually buy it. You never know, it could be the big one!!!!!!!!!! I know a guy that bought a mistake ticket and won 5 out of 6 on the Texas Lottery.

It's not the wrong book. It's THE book on why quickpicks are NOT the way to go. Not that SOME don't win on qps, it's just that many buy qps and lose when they are better off with number selection strategies.

My friend owns a store here in Nashville and this guy wanted 5 quick picks, the clerk powerplayed them by mistake and the customer didn't want them, happens a lot there, the clerk bought those 5 and won 500.00 He was very happy, I have done it once I bought 40.00 worth of mistakes from there and won 70.00, I did it so the girl at the time wouldnot get in trouble and she couldnot afford to pay for them I guess no good deed goes un noticed, I have done it twice since with no luck, I think because... I saw a similair book on ebay. It's a 1000 page, fact filled, strategy driven guide on flipping a coin. As a bonus you get an additional book that has 1500 pages of tips on how to use a flip in your favor, after you've already finished *flipping ....WOW.....Amazing......LOL....LOL*Batteries....I mean Flopping not included.....

Yes I bought a few once that was left behind, because I knew it would make a great story if I won. I wonder how many people would then claim that they actually paid for the ticket, or lost it? I wonder if any clerk ever kept an eye on the winning the numbers, and the tickets left behind? Could they still somehow buy the ticket I wonder

I'll look for the title and author of the book the next time I'm in the library. The author says that each pick is an independent random event, so there is no way of predicting what the number will be. He says lottery number picking software is a scam. Mistake tickets are tickets that are rejected by the original purchaser for one reason or another. The mistake tickets I bought were from my father's request. He wanted 7 tickets, $2 each. In case you want one...If anyone is in Michigan, told guy I wanted 2 separate MM tickets. He printed 1 ticket with 2 sets of numbers. So that ticket with the 2 sets of numbers is sitting right by the terminal

Actually, I have see the cashiers sell them again. When some one changes theiir mind, or whatever reason, the next guy who asks for that amount, gets that ticket. Its why I switched to slips, even for QP buys.

Mistakes are the tickets quick pick players don't like once they've been printed. I've seen quick pick players trying to cancel their tickets to get another quick pick that look better.

It hard to believe there's enough information about buying quick pick lottery tickets to fill a book let alone give you an edge. Good luck on your QP's*Note - Quick pick or Easy pick and hope to get lucky is a number picking system, it's easy and quick.

There's a book on lotteries that I got from the library that was very informative. I forget the title but I would recommend it to anyone. Anyway, the author doesn't believe in any number picking system and believes that quick pick is the way to go. He also mentioned that mistake tickets seemed to be very lucky. It was rather tongue in cheek, but he said that if you really want to win, buy up all the mistake tickets. I did that for this MM draw, so I'm hoping one of these mistake tickets does... [ More ]
