			<description><![CDATA[<p>The woman almost missed out on her big win because of a clerk error but in turn this error is what actually provided her with the winning numbers.  I always buy a $3 quick pick but the clerk only printed a $2 ticket. I said that was fine but the clerk insisted I take an additional $1 quick pick. The $1 quick pick turned out to be the winning ticket. That was the best decision I&#x27;ve ever made,  the winner told lottery officials. Said the $13.5 million dollar powerball winner. So it don&#x27;t really matter to me, as I already have MY numbers in the pool anyway. But I have match most of my 4 out of 6 numbers via terminal QPs however. Regardless, any set of numbers has just as good as chance as any others. The author says that each pick is an independent random event, so there is no way of predicting what the number will be.  He says lottery number picking software is a scam. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>There&#x27;s a book on lotteries that I got from the library that was very informative.  I forget the title but I would recommend it to anyone.  Anyway, the author doesn&#x27;t believe in any number picking system and believes that quick pick is the way to go.  He also mentioned that mistake tickets seemed to be very lucky.  It was rather tongue in cheek, but he said that if you really want to win, buy up all the mistake tickets.
