			<description><![CDATA[<p>Only wanting to accept a lump sum no matter what is a very close-minded approach. It all depends on the individual&#x27;s circumstances, and the size of the jackpot. Also with an annuity you do not have to worry about risky investments, or losing all your money. But if you accept cash you do, but you can also earn far more than the annuity will pay over time with interest.
