2 numbers out of 3 no matter what comes

I know it is impossible to lock 2 out of 3 with only 8 set of numbers, but if you realy want to lock 2 out of 3 all the time you have to play these 33 sets, they cover the whole game except triples wich nobody plays anyway.. and have to be played BOX, works for all states.here they are: 009,011,012,038,039,047,059,069,122,124,135,169,178,233,235,269,278,279,344,345,347,356,367,455,457,469,478,566,568,677,788,789,899Good luck to all...........
