			<description><![CDATA[<p>I would live the lower jackpot numbers, spread the wealth.  However, the lottery commision, on both big games, have stacked the deck.  It is now almost impossible to hit a small level.  With the ball count, you almost have to have $200M to meet the minimum level.  Look at last night MM, one lousy second place winner!  Why?  Becuase the number of players have dropped, so the spread has dropped.Playing the small numbers only feeds the bottom of the pool.</p>]]></description>

The six winning numbers are: 6, 11, 14, 27, 41 and the Powerball number was 38. The cash option amount for the jackpot is estimated at $17.2 million. Apple Market will also receive a $50,000 bonus for selling the winning jackpot ticket.Missouri Powerball winners have exactly 180 days from the drawing to claim their prize. In this case, the winner has until May 1, 2006.</p>]]></description>
