			<description><![CDATA[<p>...it&#x27;s no good, that keno  guy  just doesn&#x27;t want to give up the secret.  &#x3e;I read somewhere else that you can guess 2 out of 3 most of the timeWhat you read in the various 2 out of 3 threads does not involve guessing - it is a fact.  As long as a double or triple does not come up, there are combinations of 3 digits that will get you a minimum of 2 out of 3.
