			<description><![CDATA[<p>The OH Lottery is again asking for player input at www.ohiolottery.com. The two ideas are unlike any I have ever seen. The survey asks if the top prize(s) should be  win for life . I rejected both game ideas, and of course the idea of a lifetime prize (although OH seems to give scratch winners a cash option, which NY doesn&#x27;t).</p>]]></description>
