I've never had a problem paying for a leg up on the game. The question is whether the information is accurate or not. If someone offers to sell me winning numbers, there should be a definition of what winning and losing means. Were you using the off-shore as a payout? That integral part should be just as important as other criteria also. There is 3 parts to her system:1: Her numbers.2: Her five states.3: Playing those numbers and states in the off-shore, for optimum payout.If any one of those criteria are not met, then the whole test is moot.

Currently there are five states she plays the numbers in. People have to make a distinction from numbers and states. It's playing the numbers in conjunction with her five states that makes the system work.So if anyone can come up with 26 numbers, and five of your own states, then we got something. The reason I want your states is because, her numbers are only as good as the states she posts. By themselves, they are mere numbers. That's the beauty and originality of the system.I will post profit/loss, the next day. In a couple of days from now I will have to go to work, which is about 18 hour days for three days in a row, so I'll just have to do the results at 2 in the morning, when I get home. Well...I just did a quick run on last night's numbers. It isn't 31 numbers that you have to play. Her top five picks are just 5 numbers from 26 general numbers. Those five are the best of the 26. Maybe your mole can get you the current list. The picks list is always 31. What you have was a temporary playlist that was used when the doubles were hitting so strong awhile back.

ok...well anyon can compare whatever they want....some days I have been known to play all 90 doubles boxed before if I was confident that a double was due..does that need debated??? No, to Arlene's Pick 4 numbers.For Pick 3, it looks like Arlene has 41 different numbers for all states -- are you really sure you want me comparing to a set that large? I thought a Pick 4 test would be a little more reasonable. In either case, I'm pretty confident the trusty Quick Picks generator would do just as well as those 41 numbers.

By the way, for those interested, you may want to check and see how my five All States Pick 4 predictions do over the next seven days (starting yesterday). I'm comparing the Lottery Post's Quick Picks Generator to Arlene's numbers. So far I have one hit today ($200).
