			<description><![CDATA[<p>Yeah, and since it would be for Texas, I would make the jackpot $500,000.  I would also keep the provision that says that only one prize per ticket can be won since you are getting 14 plays, and picking 36 numbers, you are covering over half the matrix.  The odds of winning would are way to good, and payouts could easily exceed sales on any given drawing.</p>]]></description>
