Hey Jeff,I agree your payouts in IN are very low.. I compared them to CT where I am.One of these days I'm going to go to IN and play. I play online in IN and win. I proved this in the how to play indiana thread I did for you.So why don't you just play online.Think positive.....You can do it!!!I have never hit a straight in CT on pick 4 and I have been playing for over 8 years. I have always said that there is something to do with the geography. I can tell you from talking to people and stores on the Eastside of Indy that no one is winning anything. By the way, I won 80.oo on powerball this past draw. I had the powerball 17 5 times with the powerplay. I always get the odds back on powerball. I'd like to give everyone some fuel for thought here.According to the Hoosier Lottery website media page last week 10 people claimed prizes of between $5000 and $20,000. Ten people from the entire state. Five of these people purchased their tickets in Indianapolis. Exactly half. The other 5 winners were from counties in Central Indiana that surround Indianapolis. With all due respect Winning Jeff, I disagree. When the Lord created the world, according to Genesis, He spoke the words out. There is something about actually speaking things out. The legislature needs to start legislating and quit picking issues that are absolutely superfulous to our wallets. Last year the first item on the agenda was whether the sun was rising or setting on the State Flag. This year its the prayer issue. My goodness, if they want to pray then pray! Do it private. I have been off by 1 on the pic 4 on average at least every other day, My prediction for the pic 3 midday for today is 404 or 505. The drawing is in 10 minutes. Lets see what happens. Pic 4 today will be 0037.

Jeff - no clue ... this is for Pick 3, and actually the way this system works, it doesn't play necessarily every day. In fact, today it doesn't play midday, but there are certain combos that don't hit before 1/9/06, then it will be time to play again.

Believe it or not, the system that I have implemented and am currently backtesting actually produced a profit for the entire year of 2005. I guess if it can produce one in this rigged state, it must be pretty good

Gosh, the price of a hamburger went up 20 cents so we can all pay for the Colts stadium. On game day I will lock up my tent that I live in and walk to the game. After talking to many many people, most say they have never won a cent from the Lottery. It has broke most people! Just compare yesterdays South Carolina payouts to Indiana's on the Pic 3 and Pic 4. I live in Indiana and haven't played Hoosier lottery since computerization. Is it rigged?? I have no proof.. do a search on indiana on here and look at some of the things losingjeff and jim695 have uncovered.there has also been a scratch off scandal in the last year too in indiana that was in the media.you'll be surprised at some of the things you'll learn that they found........

I said maybe only because normally unless you live in or near IN you wouldn't be playing it.Since many people here on LP play online and play it.... it's hard to say. Those sale losses are from stores not online play.I have won on Indiana a few times but not a lot but, it's not a state that I play very often.Not sure but, if any state was rigging the lottery someone would find out. Inasmuch as I believe that computerized gambling via online casinos is rigged, I find it hard to believe that a government sponsored event such as the lottery would be rigged. the hoosier lottery has gotten a lot of negative publicity due to scratch off scandals and other issues such as low payouts plus computerized drawings.here in the last week 888 has hit twice on a computerized drawing in indiana.do you think they are trying to do this to take away some of the negtative connotations involved with the games being computerized
