I thought the Program was distributed as Freeware:Usually Freeware Programs can be distributed to others unless the License Agreement states otherwise.

That program was copyrighted by the guys that ran that website, so even if some LP members have a copy they might not have permission to distribute it.

If you asking about the program Maybells QuikWheels that wheeled all the possible combinations of pick 3, pick 4, pick 5 and pick 6 up to 55 numbers that was a free download on the old Maybells website, you might do a Google search for Maybells QuikWheels and see what pops up.
