okay I can help you with that I once won 1000 dollars where I used to live about 7 years ago and they told me i didn't have to report it once you hit 5,000 dollars you have to report it

where I live now they say they take out 25 percent for over 5 thousand dollars for federal taxes and I also can tell you I looked up for you they take out 3.5 percent in your state for taxes so it will be i think now you would have to try your local lottery office and maybe email them to see what if you would ever win if I am correct each state is weird to be honest.try the ohio lottery office they could mmaybe answert more of your questions
