no Ive been using them for awhile. What it is is when you deposit say $60 for example and then you win say $100 from a site and then deposit your winnings back to Neteller. You have to wait for the $60 to clear before it goes back to your bank so you can only withdraw $40 until the other amount clears. Well its takes like 7 days for it to clear. This is the digital age, I dont understand why it has to be so long.

Wow, I didn't know they were that bad. I was going to open one up in about a month from now. Is this the first time?I know of a few others, but not off hand. I will look.

I'm tired of waiting a friggin week for any uncleared balances. I put a deposit in on Nov 28 and it still hasnt cleared. Thats ridiculous
