			<description><![CDATA[<p>Hi P Lotto,I like this formular best weekly  or monthly but try it by the week,best time to make your plays is when you start to eliminate your draws but sometimes you have to be careful with this because just like in pick3 they tend to repeat numbers so you have to use your on judgement and thinking power but i did get 2 out of five lots of time ,3 out of five sometimes and 4of five a few times but never 5 of 5 but i stop my research when i became interested in number links for pick 3,Hope you</p>]]></description>

If the movment is within 9 based on delores247s chart you should pick up on the numbers that were up/down 9. Example; If a #1 was drawn and in the next drawing a 10, 19, 28, 36 was drawn the movements of 9, 18, 27, 35 have been covered.</p>]]></description>
