			<description><![CDATA[<p>Last year the PB jackpot was hit the day before Christmas and it was only $30 million (as a matter of fact that was split by three players), and that began a lucky string of eight jackpots hit under $50 million, which drove PB to the current 5/55 + 1/42 matrix.  With exception of that, every PB jackpot since 2002 (when PB went 5/53 + 1/42) has been at or above $100 million at Christmas time.</p>]]></description>
