Using a state of your choice, and playing the pick-3. Use the Inspector 3, do a 60 day inspection of previous hits. Make notes of the highest percentages or two highest in each section. Then do a Deflate of the past 60 days and select the second option. Now, set the filters according to the notes you had taken from the Ispector3 page and play only the single digits, no doubles and no triples.
