Your right the Sum chart you use in pick 3 works very well for pick 4. Let me also add that if you can keep track of the 9-19 sum chart in excel, and scroll down 100 draws or so you will most likely see patterns that exist when the first 3 digits go above sum or below sum. I noticed 3 and 5 draws straight go in sum (9-19) and then it will either jump above the range or below. These are the nights you want to bet heavy, because there are less combinations out of sum.
