At least they tell you exactly what you're getting. When the NY Lottery says $1,000,000, they mean $50K each year for 20 years. But when PA says $1,000,000, they mean $1,000,000. If it's an annuity, they'll tell you how much for how long, not the total.

PA should have concentrated on offering a cash option for its Lose for Life scratch(es). The phony instant games are bad enough. I do not have to mention Unlucky for Life. I have to put up with similar games all the time in NY.

Although $100,000 a year for life would be sweet, as I said in another thread I simply do not trust PA's distribution process. I cannot afford to be losing $10 a pop for pre-determined losing scratch offs. Although if I already was rich, it would be a fun game to play. But then what would be the point really
