			<description><![CDATA[<p>At least they tell you exactly what you&#x27;re getting. When the NY Lottery says $1,000,000, they mean $50K each year for 20 years. But when PA says $1,000,000, they mean $1,000,000. If it&#x27;s an annuity, they&#x27;ll tell you how much for how long, not the total.</p>]]></description>

Although $100,000 a year for life would be sweet, as I said in another thread I simply do not trust PA&#x27;s distribution process. I cannot afford to be losing $10 a pop for pre-determined losing scratch offs. Although if I already was rich, it would be a fun game to play.
