megatron, explain the sum chart or do an example with tonight numbers of 1357.i don't do sum chart ,but i'm will try anything that works.hope to here from you.

Using 3 digit sum charts are very good even for the pick 4. Tracking the first 3 is a good way to see patterns. In MA the high numbers usually pay more because people don't play them. A 3-5 day spread is usually in sum and then it goes above or below sum. These are the nights you want to play high numbers, on the 4th and 6th days because the drawings do not tend to stay in sum for more than 3 or 5 day periods at a time. One other difference between MA's and RI's daily draw - MA uses a pari-mutual system to determine payoffs (i.e. payoffs vary daily based on how many winners there are) while RI's payoffs do not change from day-to-day (save for combo payoffs with repeating digits).

Both states are not the same. MA is drawn on a wheel while RI is forced air. Different systems produce different patterns. Trust me I have long history file on both.

Maybe the one thing worth mentioning about the RI Lottery is that its numbers game is played much the same as the one in MA. Both states draw only a 4-digit number, and AFAIK still only once daily.

MA is mentioned frequently here on Lottery Post. You have the very good (Ca$h WinFall), as well as the very bad (annuity-only scratch games and Megabucks) within the same state.As for RI, I wish it had MUSL Hot Lotto (closest to you is New Hampshire).

Seems like there is never any discussion about the lotteries in RI and MA. I'm curious if anyone follows and has any comments about these lotteries. I always see lots of predictions, but not many winners. I play the daily numbers in both consistently (I live in RI and work in Mass.) with no luck at all.Just curious and appreciate your comments
