I used 123456 merely as an example so that the numbers were easier to remember. But technically they should have the same chance as any other. But just becasue they have the same chance does not mean that is what usually happens during draws.

Playing 123456, I would think is ludicrous, yet any other combo has an equal chance of hitting.Knowing this fact, why would anyone think that they have an edge? Any other combo has the same potential to win. The long shot to win. 09-14-23-33-34-36 has the same eligibility requirements as 1-2-3-4-5-6, to win.Sure filters and the such narrow down things a little bit, but at the end of the day, it's always the same olde story. The bigger the net, more the fish.........LOL

For those playing their own numbers:Say you played 1,2,3,4,5,6, for example as one of you own personal picks all the time. Then one day 2,3,4,5,6 comes up, and you win something at least, a nice second prize. Would you still stick with the original number, or would you drop it, or change it being it was so close? Assuming that your combination still has not come up.

Bill Caylor has been playing the same Powerball numbers, twice a week, for months.... What a pity. Some have been playing the same numbers for years/decades and never won. Months is extremely fortunate.

Well at least it did for this guy. Even if not for the jackpot, still a pretty penny for sticking to your numbers. Could you imagine his reaction if he would have changed them, and then they finally came up? OAK RIDGE MUSICIAN CAN T BELIEVE $1 MILLION POWERBALL WINNASHVILLE Bill Caylor has been playing the same Powerball numbers, twice a week, for months. He considered changing them, but decided to try them one more time. His instinct paid off - literally - today he and his wife celebrated a... [ More ]
