			<description><![CDATA[<p>The UK Lottery 50% is paid to players in prizes 28% is returned to the Good Causes 12% goes to the Government in Lottery Duty 5% is paid to National Lottery retailers, as well as a 1% commission on prizes which they pay to winners (for prizes between  10 and  200) 4.5% covers operating costs, including lottery systems and marketing 0.5% is our profit The way the UK lottery revenue is divided up, has changed a little.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Pennsylvania *Used* to promote how ALL proceeds went to senior citizens programs. Under the current lottery regulations only about 30% now goes to senior citizens programs, promoting lower medication cost, share-a-ride programs, mass transportation,utility programs for the elderly.  Education would seem to be the wise avenue to disperse funds towards, but I have seen first hand how the higher education system abuses the funds given them.</p>]]></description>
