RJOh,No I don't...500k would be the most any state would pay out, especially if it were parimutuel. I would imagine that in any one given draw, the lottery would have at most 1 winner on a KICKER type game for sure.

cps10,Do you know of any state that offer a prize of $1,000,000 for a game that have odds of 1:1000000 of winning the top prize? Under Ohio law, the state will pay up to $1M for multiable winners. KICKER is not parimutuel game, so the state have prize amounts that guarantees that they can keep 50% of the sales amount for themselves.

RJOh - I am familiar with the kicker. Seems the Ohio Lottery is taking some extra dough from that one since the payout is 5 times under what it should be. Well, technically, 10 times under :)I never play that Kicker when I am up there. My mother-in-law played it religiously and actually did well with it. How she did it, I'll never know.

Ohio has a 6 single digit game called the KICKER which can be played when playing MegaMillions. The top prize is $100,000 and matching the first 2 numbers pays $10. Numbers have to be matched in the order they were drawn.

Yes sure, it's possible. But keep in mind a pick-6 six digit game would only have that $500,000 prize. No second prizes or anything like that. If it was set up like spiel game or like 4 This Way, I would play, but other than that, it would be a waste of money.

if the prize structure went up with the oddsfor example, in PApick 3 (1:1,000) $1 bet wins $500 straightpick 4 (1:10,000) $1 bet wins $5000 straighthypothetical pick 5 (1:100,000) $1 bet wins (extrapolated) $50,000 straighthypothetical pick 6 (1:1,000,000) $1 bet wins (extrapolated) $500,000 straight...long as they didn't jack the ticket price up... and didn't make the wins pari-mutuel, sure, I would play both

Since PA has the Cash 5 and Match 6 , Id reckon I'm part of the Id play both vote.Is it a waste of money....who knows, maybe Im just dumping into an investment that I'll hit soon

I would be interested in checking out the math on this type of game. I think most people play numbers games right? Not the jackpot games? Well, at least those who know that the odds are so astronomical against you in Jackpot Games. Please vote.
