If people are interested in an African lottery, South Africa has a National Lottery. It is all above board, just like US state lotteries. The revenue raised is spent on good causes, it follows the example of the UK lottery. It also has a subscription service

there is one floating around for the ElGordo lottery too, and although that one is real, they do not e-mail out prize claim requests to people who never bought tickets... there is also a microsoft lottery scam.Besides, going by my inbox, I am destined to be the richest man in all of south africa

Wow, why can't I have this great luck outside the cyber world? This about the 50th time now I hit one of these! ALthough I have yet to see a cent.
