When you filter combinations out of a wheel you totally destroy the prize winning guarantee. The better solution is to use an open cover wheel design built to a high percentage of coverage, but not 100%. This can lower your playing cost by a third to a half for a small amount of additional risk. How do you define a lottery expert? Is it some one who play lotteries a lot, or some one who win a lot of money playing lotteries? If you're looking for the latter then you are out of luck. Good luck to you.
