			<description><![CDATA[<p>NC picked Powerball by default.The MM has placed a moratorium on any new states joining their game for 12 months following the addition of Kali-fornia.The NC lottery chief did the right thing by getting on board with Powerball.There really wasn&#x27;t any choice.Perhaps JimmySand9 is correct that it doesn&#x27;t necessarily mean computerized drawing just yet for the other games.We can hope.</p>]]></description>
