I am searching out these states..The states that have had lots of v2 in the pick 3...States with the pick4 quad detectors.. Same detectors as those in pick 3..I have never hit a quad.. the last I predicted came in CT which was midday and I cannot play there..now with that in mind... remember.. 1161,1661,6616,6666,1111could be the quads.. could be v-quads..
