			<description><![CDATA[<p>Whats wrong with NJ Lotto?  I am no lover of the state of NJ; but their lottery is much better then I read about on the LP.  Their Cash 5 has some pretty frequent payouts, with some decent amounts.  Their Picks 6 is nothing to fight a cival war over, but it has paid out a ton of money.  Their Pick 3   Pick 4 seems to be paying out a lot of money on a daily basis. I live in DE and I was watching TV one evening around 7 pm when they flashed the winning number for PA on the screen. It was 000.  However, when I checked the paper the next day the number was something totally different than that. Then the next night (or that same day that I checked the paper), the number drawn was 000. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>I like Rolling Cash5 better than Buckeye5 because I can wait till the prize is $400K+ and play more at one time rather than playing a little every day for a $100K prize.  I think Lot&#x27;O Play will be replaced within the year with a Super Lotto type game which starts with a lower jackpot, possible $1M. I like the MegaMillions game, so overall I think Ohio lotteries are as good as most states.RJOh</p>]]></description>

The jackpots tend to be low, considering the buck for a ticket, and it just doesn&#x27;t have much in the way of pizzazz.  I think they&#x27;d do a lot better going with two tickets for a buck and a 5+1 with a matrix similar to KS, or with a 6/25, but with tickets at two for a buck.Just the view of one New Mexican who&#x27;d like to see it be a better game.Jack</p>]]></description>
