paint1,RJOh is correct. Active Topics is the page you're looking for, and will show all activity since your last visit. Also, as RJOh says, Daily Topics is great if you want to see all the posts that took place on one particular day.

If you check under Forums there are buttons for Active Topics and Daily Topics which separates the newest and most active posts from the other posts.

Don't know if this was suggested before or not. Another site that I'm on(not lottery) has a button, when you sign in it will show all new messages posted since the last time you signed out. You don't miss anything this way and its fast.
