			<description><![CDATA[<p>Once you chose 20 numbers for the software to work with you have handicapped it. If all the winning numbers are not in that group, it can&#x27;t pick them.  If your software is not consistently beating the odds then it is doing nothing that you couldn&#x27;t do by picking your numbers randomly by hand.</p>]]></description>
