That is exactly why we need a system to bankrupt this corrupt thing the lottery that only benefits the uniformed and robs the ingnorant. Evidently you can not win at this game you might as well put the money in an envelope no return address and just give it to them

I am visiting family in Indiana and I am not spending a dime on any Indiana Lottery game except for Power Ball, which is not under their control. I used save up during the year so that I would have some extra money to spend on the Lucky 5 and Hoosier Lotto. Not any more!During a week-long stay, I used to drop a fair chunk of change here for daily tickets and then for multi draws on the day we were leaving. This happens all the time---heck, the money they take from us should be plenty to pay someone to keep this done---They do what they want, when they want. Actually, compared to similar or smaller States their payouts are ludicrous.Really, they shouldnt bother posting these minute payouts.Merry XMAS Hoosier Lottery! LosingJeff,I think they do this from time to time just to piss people off.AZ does it to from time to time.They pay these people over 100,000 a year to run the thing but, yet they don't give you updates on time.Get with the program!!PP

As of 3:45 am the Hoosier Loottery still has not posted any prize payouts. Why does this happen when people pay good money for this? Get with the program
