tntea, 799 came out in Ohio on 12/26, should I play 099? and for how long

When will I play it.. if it is in the string of vtracs.. which cost $3 online to play...if a mirrored state has the number and the state I am playing has the indicator...If both of those things happen.. I will up my bet.. or wheel for straights...

099 and the whole vtrac string comes out at end of month and first of month.. it travels.. disappears and returns...As for indicators...using the double vtrac return from a mirrored state would be on great way to catch 099.. or its v155/115..another would be if you see one of these numbers098 097 096 999 998 997
