When Calif. joined mega I thought to myself it's gonna get harder to win because they have so many more players than other states. Figuring many of them would be buying Qpicks means that more chances people there might win. Californians will continue to get many more wins as a result of this.

Well, congratulations to you RJOh. Your 4+0 in the MM predictions in the last MM draw made the tiebreaker difference. If you didn't get exactly 4+0 or 3+0, we would had three co-MVPs [You, MADDOG10, and me]. Also, congratulations to California for winning the MM game at 88 million, but their CA SLP has rolled to $56 million for the first CA SLP draw in 2006. I hope CA keeps their MM winnings, but hope the lawsuit in California forces them to not play MM and instead refocus on CA SLP.

Great another run of Powerball and Mega Millions stuck with low jackpots. At least it gives motivation to those playing under 100 million.

changing the matrix makes it harder to hit not impossible to hit. We'll see lots more smaller jackpots won.

This was only the ninth Mega Millions jackpot awarded this year, which tie the record low amount of MM jackpots awarded in a single calendar year. That record was set in 2000.Before the $35 million MM jackpot hit last month, MM did not have a jackpot hit under $100 million since December 3, 2004 ($24 million).
