Think of the Powerball as an extra ball. The first five serve a purpose. The Powerball serves purpose. What is the red powerball good for besides the being the great jackpot and just by hitting the number?

Can I also have it in my first five even if its not the powerball

Yeah L5 players have been lucky. (Just shows that TN likes this game). This should be a hint to bring in a Pick 6 instate game and add more draws to L5. If they add more draws the loyal players (me) would be happier atleast.
