Thanks I think I will go ahead and call up there and find out when I can speak with the manager and let them know what happened anyway.

1) Stand up for yourself against the clerk.2) Speak to the manager (assuming it wasn't the manager that caused the problem).3) Get ahold of your State's Lottery Commision and explain what went on.

about dishonest clerks? I bought some lotto tickets the other night and in florida they were having a promotion if you hear the jingle you could win a ticket or instant cash or a voucher. Well I barely heard the jingle and wasn't sure until later my dad said he won a ticket in the same store and barely heard the jingle his self. well now is to late but what to do with dishonest clerks that don't want to give you your tickets?
