			<description><![CDATA[<p>Looks great...I do that work out when I am stuck between two or more vtrac strings to pull from..Repeated pairs in the corners of several days is a must to play too.. I keep those workouts lined up side by side in a notebook for easy viewing..</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>hi zooziethe funny thing is if i have a hunch that something is falling out of my workout, i play all possible combos, but i go based on my research method most times. if i see a number on post showing up in the workouts often then i will most definitely play it. i use diagonal, horizontal and vertical or any combo that is close together for that facteg357589319u can play the 899, 819, 813 581 783 589, 319 785 and so onhope my explanation helps</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>using the 389 that came in illinois today as an example:3 5 75 8 93 1 9i add two straight around. 3+2=5, 5+2=7, 7+2=9, leave the other nine as is and add two to it. 9+2=11, 11+2=13, 13+2=15 when double digits are involved always use the second digit, the original numbers (389)are not to be changed in any way and they should always be written diagonally.i&#x27;ll be happy to explain to anyone if they&#x27;re not clear.</p>]]></description>
