Question about Va and other States

When I look through past results, I see Virginia numbers with Georgia, Tennessee, Maryland and Delaware more than any other states.

Does anyone know what State or States are associated with VA in the pick 3 numbers? I was looking at this about 6 or 8 months ago but lost track of it . Some of it is in my blog entrys Thanks
