My guesstimation is around June '06 for Tennessee to decide, announce they're joining, first of August to begin sales. Sticking my neck way out .... only a guess.

I voted yes...in the distant future. Since Tennessee isn't currently listed as one of the participating states (see this thread for info: Goodbye Lotto South, Hello Win for Life ), I doubt that they'll be joining this year.However, if the Win For Life game successful, I think they'd probably join in early 2007.
