in tx the pretest results(4 per drawing) are posted on the state lottery official website--about 2 hours before the evening draw and 1 hour before the midday draw; the info on the sets of balls used is also provided

Write each individual state and ask, as each is different. Pyskomo was correct in their answer to you.

Is the ball information public information from the state's auditor or is it kept secret? And does anyone have the balls to find out

Where is the information about ball analysis by DeArmand? This is suppose to be vital info regarding the lotto, the number of times they test the balls, the number of ball set they use, the number of pre draw sets. These are important variables regarding the selection of the numbers.
