			<description><![CDATA[<p>Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that CA SLP must have the highest cash value jackpot in the United States. The next highest annuity jackpot after CA SLP and Powerball is the Lotto Texas jackpot at $45 million, but even though it is paid in equal installments over 25 years (I think), its cash value must still be lower than Powerball&#x27;s or CA SLP&#x27;s. However, CA SLP&#x27;s annuity is paid in 26 installmentss, in contrast to 30 installments for Powerball.
