As a member of the community however new I may be, my vote is also no, after reading the previous postings by goose and others, goose does seem to want attention , not adding much in the way of valued comment, seemingly the comments that are posted, are done so to enrage others or just to post just to have posted something , I believe the phrase is some people just like to talk to hear themselves talk . I hate to say people but Goose sounds like he or she has Borderline Personality Disorder and that is very serious. They act out to get attention,they have mood swings,and they dont realize what they are doing. Its kinda like Bipolar, thats what i have except i only have the mood swings which medicine controlls but with borderline people theres no medicine for that its the worst thing for someone to have. I would rather have Cancer.

No! As Emily said he is on another site and his behavior has not changed .If anything...give him a limited pass set to expire at a given date. Then , if his attitude and behavior change , then you can increase his access.Or...charge him a million Yuan. He IMs me every now and then. I just tell him that I have to be somewhere and then put up an away message. Personally I think that he should not be let back on. If you do, you are just undermining your authority as administrator. Also, Republicans don't flip-flop. Democrats (i.e. John Kerry) do.

LottoKing, Goose or what ever he's calling himself these days was annoying to some every time he returned using a different name. He could change his name but not his behavior and most knew who he was after reading a few of his posts regardless of the name he was using. His behavior was/is a part of who he was/is, if you didn't like him then, it unlikely you will like him now.

Exactly, fxSterling.........if he took the time to email Todd and ask, I think he deserves a chance to prove his word .....if one infraction happens, Todd can kick him out.I always believe in 2nd chances...I guess I am just soft-hearted.It's Todd's call.The only negative thing that I can find in bringing him back is that others see it and demonstrate bad behavior like him and then think they can email Todd to get back in. I voted no because of the number of chances he was given and still did not follow the rules. I sent him private messages and politely asked for his compliance and he replied with profanity. I will leave it up to you, I voted no basically cause all he wanted to do was troll through all the forums leave comments and see who he could hook into a discussion .....I just went down your rules list and I think he pretty much broke half of them ....I think he was averaging 14 comments a day just to get his number of posts up to the post leaders . Personally with exception to a few discussions I pretty much worked around him....

Goose e-mailed me asking to be allowed back at Lottery Post. My inclination is no , because I truly feel that I/we gave him so many last chances that he used them all up.
