I don't think holding Powerball and Mega Millions draws 5 nights a week is a good idea. Think about those states that decided to hold their in-state jackpot games three nights a week. Their jackpots grew at a slower level. More drawings means more money put into the game each week, but it can also mean players will not spend as much on each drawing. In the long run it could mean more sales, but it could also mean that the jackpot gets hit more often, and lower jackpots result in fewer sales.... [ More ]

It is a bad idea because the roll overs would be smaller and I would not play all the time. It would be $14 a week instead of the $4 now that I play. So I would not play all the time because of the more money to spend.

I'm not sure on my vote. However, I think it's a good idea to draw MM and PB every day for 7 days down the road.
