I don't believe that a blocked number won't fall. And just because a number is blocked doesn't increase it's chances of hitting.This is from the Virginia Lottery website. Check your state's website. Triples are notorious for being blocked after a certain amount of play entries have transpired for that day. They dont like losing money so they CAP the amount of plays allowed....My sons' birthday is on the 13th so its only natural that I play those numbers

Unless you live in a state that has a parimutuel payout, it really shouldn't matter how many people play.Unless the loterries all have a cap on how many of the same sets of numbers may be played at any given time.

I think the 13 for 13 is good to play however we all should know that to many people will be playing those numbers.I suggest to play your favorite triples and that day. I like 888 and 666.Thank you,IAM713Linda
